Program description
Karla Ruiz, a real estate agent with Black Swan Home Group, LLC, sends text messages to people who have opted in through the chat widget on this website or by texting her directly. Messages cover your real estate inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, property and listing updates, and, if you separately agreed, occasional marketing messages such as new listings and market updates. Messages may be sent in English or Spanish.

You opt in by checking one or both text messaging consent boxes in the chat widget on this website, or by starting a text conversation with Karla. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
